Tudor’s Pelagos FXD Takes To The Skies

November 08, 2024 – It’s a school day for us this week! We learnt that Tudor’s FXD range was originally designed with the French armed forces in mind, in particular with the specialist unit of the French navy, cool! Tudor has just announced a new addition to the range, the Tudor FXD GMT. The new Tudor has a dedicated function to track ‘Zulu Time’ another school moment for us as we discovered that Zulu Time is in fact the military term for UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) which is the standard reference time for all aviators! We love a nice-looking timepiece with solid special forces credentials, and the Tudor FXD GMT is no exception. It’s a high-quality piece with a grade 2 titanium case, tough fabric strap and engraved caseback featuring the emblem of the Aéronautique Navale. We approve!
